Dogecoin Car Returns To NASCAR This Saturday

As interest in Dogecoin grows, we now have something from the DOGE past returning once again. The Dogecoin car is returning this weekend in Las Vegas for the NASCAR Xfinity Series race. A tweet from SpringGrates broke the news.

“TO THE MOON!

We’re bringing @dogecoin along for the ride this weekend in Las Vegas for the NASCAR Xfinity Series race!

Stefan Parsons will be driving the 99 Dogecoin car this weekend.

“Excited to have @dogecoin onboard our @springrates @TeamBJMcLeod 99 this weekend @LVMotorSpeedway! Hopefully we can take the DogeCar 2.0 to the front and #ToTheMoon!”

This is great news for Dogecoin fans and gives us all a reason to watch. You can watch the race Saturday, March 6th at 4:30 PM ET on FS1.

Dogecoin previously sponsored the 98 Josh Wise car in a handful of NASCAR Cup Series races in 2014. Wise’s car was owned by Phil Parsons, who is Stefan Parsons’ father. Wise was voted into the 2014 All-Star Race by fans, particularly those fans of Dogecoin.

Stefan Parsons said.

“Having the opportunity to run a scheme that has an incredible story from my dad’s race team is something I am so proud to do. When Josh ran the Dogecoin car in 2014, I was much younger and remember being so excited at the fact that the Dogecoin community and Reddit came together to make it happen. At the time, I also wished it were me in the seat. So to have the chance for Dogecoin to ride along with Sean and me in Las Vegas is a dream come true.”

Sean Taylor, founder and CEO of Springrates said

Dogecoin has such a great community and there is so much interest surrounding it. I’m drawn to it because it’s affordable, gaining a lot of traction, and has endless potential. Plus, who doesn’t love memes?”
